Before sending your order, our team checks it carefully to ensure that you always receive the product you want in perfect condition.

However, in the rare case of an error on the part of our company or receipt of a defective product, there is the possibility of a FREE return.

The return of the product must necessarily be made within 5 working days from the date of delivery of your order, following the steps below:

1. Contact us by email at info@pelolindo.gr with the subject: “(Order Number) RETURN” and indicating exactly the error that has occurred and your contact number, so that we can contact you directly. Alternatively, you can contact us at 2106645150 (09:00-15:00) to report the error and we can direct you towards the replacement or exchange of the product.
2. We will immediately initiate the replacement or exchange of the product. The return and reshipment costs are borne by our company.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, changes and returns are only made in the above cases and in no other case. Returns are accepted only after consultation with our company, as described above.
